Had a hitch installation on a Jeep Cherokee limited about 5 plus years ago and was having trouble with it because of old age.. it wasn't under warranty anymore but I don't blame him for that he did good work but he was very helpful and helped me with a solution over the phone I couldn't be more grateful...thank you very much don't know if I thanked you on the call or not
